Professor at Baptist university in Virginia create dead in Florida gay sauna

BY JACKIE LLANOS | Florida’s disallow on puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy for gender diverse minors and restrictions for adults are both unconstitutional, a federal judge dictated Tuesday.

U.S. District Determine Robert Hinkle, who presided over the case in Tallahassee, sided with the plaintiffs in the class action — parents of trans minors and trans adults — who argued the measure violated the U.S. Constitution because it solely targeted trans people.

“The federal courts have a role to perform in upholding the constitution and laws. The state of Florida can standardize as needed but cannot flatly contradict transgender individuals harmless and effective medical treatment — treatment with medications routinely provided to others with the state’s full approval so long as the purpose is not to support the patient’s transgender identity,” Hinkle wrote.

Those restrictions came into place tracking Gov. Ron DeSantis’ approval of Senate Bill 254 in May 2023 and promulgation of rules from the Florida Board of Medicine and Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine enacting that law. Those board

    Club Orlando

    wow

WOW! This place needs modern management. After being a patron and a member for over 15yrs my partner and I currently visit 2-3x's per wk. Costing approx $75 per see as we each get a room. Totaling as much as $225 per wk/$900 per month....and this is how they deal with their customers/members: My partner, myself and a friend (all payed 6 month memberships) were entering the club when the manager Dan appeared wanting to undertake a "bag check" which is their newest policy. When checking my friends bag he pulls out another smaller bag and ask what was in it, my friend advised him that it was his makeup (actually contained some personal items/toys). Dan proceeded to try to expose the bag and my ally stopped him and asked him not to open it, which Dan told him he could not enter the club and would hace to return some other time. Humiliated in front of a group of people and the employees my comrade turned and walked out Dan then proceeds to my backpack. Which carries everything I may need throughout a long night from home, organized by smaller bags inside (keep in thought that I go here 2-3x's per week with a vag check everytime I go for @ least the last 3month
