The Real Housewives of Orange County friend popped up on Part 2 of the Season 18 reunion, which aired on November 14, and it was there that she shared how Miles has encouraged her to be more "vocal" when discussing her back of the LGBTQIA+ community.
"It hasn't changed my mind about LGBTQ or that everyone should possess their own right to live their life the way they want," she said on the reunion stage. "All it has done is made me grasp the pain that is along with that when people are so judgmental. It changed me being more vocal about it is all its done."
When viewers first met Alexis on Season 5 of RHOC, she was candid about how devoutly Christian she and her then-husband, Jim Bellino, were in their marriage.
Nowadays, Alexis is still solid in her beliefs — even if she doesn't talk about it on the show as much.

Heather Dubrow and Alexis Bellino Brought Together Through Their ‘LGBTQIA+ Kids’
Alexis Bellino is returning to Authentic Housewives of Orange County for Season 18. This time, she won’t have an orange. But she will have a “gem” of a friend in the form of Heather Dubrow.
Even though they’ve “known each other for a very long time,” they “didn’t always see eye-to-eye,” says Heather.
But now it’s a whole new ballgame for the former frenemies. They’ve put their issues aside and become reacquainted “through some of our older kids,” adds Heather. She and Alexis have bonded over love for their LGBTQIA+ kids.

Heather has four children with Dr. Terry Dubrow: twins Max and Nick, Kat, and Ace. Of Heather and Terry’s four children, three of them are LGBTQIA+. That’s kind of amazing and shows what great parents the Dubrows are. Their children are free to be themselves.
Their eldest daughter, Max, came out as bisexual in 2020, while their youngest daughter, Kat, came out as a lesbian the following year. The Dubrow’s youngest child, Ace, came out as transgender in early 2023.

Alexis Bellino's two top priorities will always be faith and family.
The Concrete Housewives of Orange County star—who was infamously nicknamed "Jesus Jugs" by costar Tamra Judge because of her devout Christianity—revealed how her transgender son Miles, 16, has shaped her mindset on the LGBTQI+ community.
"It hasn't changed my mind about LGBTQ or that everyone should have their own right to live their experience the way they want," she told host Andy Cohen during the Bravo series' season 18 reunion Nov. 14. However, Miles' transition hasn't impacted her dedication to God.
"I don't enjoy to use the word religion and I think that's a very negative connotation," the 47-year-old admitted. "I'm very spiritual and I do love my God."
