The blogger's attempt is to attach with an audience with an aim of developing a sphere of alter and build a position of respected authority on the topic.

Through the use of technology, blogs allow individuals who would not normally have an opportunity to participate in discussion on the specific topic to gain access to the debate. Whilst many TV shows and films are becoming greater as representing the LGBTQ spectrum, one demographic that we really want to see more of is LGBTQ families aka rainbow families.

Whilst the media portrayal does a amazing job in shows like Modern Family, these feel a little far and few between.

Equally when I log on to Instagram, most LGBTQ content that I see is stereotypically hot lgbtq+ guys, rarely perform I see a LGBTQ family unit and whilst the hot guys are great to spot , seeing LGBTQ families always warms my heart.
